OARDC SUMMER ENGAGEMENT PHOTOS
I finally got to meet up with Casey and BJ (Benjamin) for their OARDC summer engagement photos. This Spring in Ohio had not been easy to schedule sessions, with the crazy amount of rain we had this year. This had been our third time scheduling for the engagement session! With both of our busy schedules, we got smart the third time and scheduled two back to back days due to rain. Casey and BJ had planned early Spring photos with me, but the weather had not co-operated at all! But, in retrospect, the OARDC did not disappoint with its summer flower show, as you can see, third times a charm!
Casey and BJ and I met last September at Panera Bread to discuss me photographing their September 2018 Fall wedding. I knew that after meeting face to face, they would be a perfect #jlpcouple! I just love meeting my clients first to make sure we have a great connection before we decide to spend an entire wedding day together! These two were so cute together, they were clearly so in love, they laughed and talked so easily. Most of all they were kindhearted and I loved that about them.
You will see how much fun these two have together in their photos! These two laughed their way through their session, and to be honest, I did too!
If you follow my blog, you know that I have started sharing the engagement story. I love getting to share their story!
First of all, these two sweethearts have been dating since 2012 and they have two sweet kiddos together. But, July 26, 2017, would be the day, he would ask Casey to spend forever with him. He had planned well in advance to ask her at her favorite vacation spot overlooking the St Lawrence River at sunset. With their kids and her family there to witness. Casey and her family had been going there since she was born, Casey was completely surprised and it was perfect!
Casey and BJ, I am honored to be your chosen photographer. I can’t wait to celebrate your big day in Septemeber with you!
