Something New for JLP in 2017!

Hi there and Welcome to the first ever JLP website and blog!

Man, I am super excited to share some awesome new with you! THE launch of my NEW JLP WEBSITE and BLOG!! Yes! It is finally here!

To those of you who know me well, know that I tend to procrastinate a tad. Well, that is definitely what I have been doing while building this new website!

The thing is, I was afraid to “mess” this new website up or that it wouldn’t be “good” enough. Back in January while attending a meeting for Creatives called Tuesdays Together (more on that later), our leader, Loren Jackson, taught us about vision boards and where we see our business in the next year. That got me thinking – where did I see Jamie Lynette Photography in 2017? I knew that it was time to make some changes and get over trying to build this “perfect” website.  If you’re looking for a mentor, she’s your girl!

Another thing, I heard about was inkwell press planners at that meeting and knew I had to get one! You can check those out here https://inkwellpress.com/.  The great thing about this planner is it helps you set goals, and well, I needed a little goal setting in my life. June’s goal was to launch my website! My five favorite things about my new website!

I wanted to tell you my top five favorite things I love about my new Showit website!

1. Having a “Home” on the web, a place for you to find answers to your questions. I love having a website for clients to be able to go and browse at their leisure! A place for you to be able to see my work and my prices.

2. I love how easy it is to navigate, click on photos, use the navigation bar at the top.
I mean who doesn’t love an easy to use website? I will be adding more, to serve my clients! Wedding and Senior Clients have their own pages, tailored to them specifically.

3. The gorgeous galleries, a place for you to see exactly what you are looking for. This
gives you a glimpse into what photos look like when you are working with JLP.

4. A new blog!
This beautiful blog is a place for me to showcase my awesome clients, and a place to give you FREE education for our time spent together! I am so excited for this new feature.

5. My about me page!
This page is one of the most important on my new website! It’s a place for you to “meet” me – a place for you to connect and learn a little about me, the one behind the lens!
