Book Your Session
Your senior experience begins with a simple conversation. We’ll discuss your vision, answer your questions, and ensure you feel confident moving forward.
Once you’re session is reserved with your signed contract and retainer, and everything is taken care of from there.
Let's Prepare
After booking, I’ll guide you through everything you need to feel ready and confident, with helpful prep emails sent along the way.
A few weeks before your session, we’ll connect on Zoom to plan your outfits, locations, and all the details so you feel completely prepared.

Ooh! Session Day is Here!
This is where everything comes together. I’ll guide you every step of the way so you never have to worry about what to do or how to pose.
We’ll move through your session with a mix of locations, outfits, and natural moments, creating images that feel like you while having fun the entire time.
Image Reveal
A few weeks after your session, we’ll meet for your reveal and ordering appointment where you’ll see your images for the first time.
I’ll walk you through selecting your favorites and designing custom artwork so your images can be enjoyed as more than just digital files.
Your Artwork Is Ready
Once your artwork is ready, everything is carefully inspected and packaged with care. Seeing your images come to life in print is the best part, and something you’ll be able to enjoy for years to come.

When do you schedule your senior sessions?
Senior sessions are held on Tuesdays and Thursdays and begin with professional hair and makeup so you feel confident and ready for your session.
Each session is planned around sunset to give you that soft, natural light. Start times vary depending on the season, with earlier starts in late fall and winter and later afternoons in spring and summer.
Photo Reveal and Ordering appointments are held during the week.
What should I wear?
Don’t worry, I’ve got you covered. You’ll receive a style guide along with tips and guidance to help you choose outfits that photograph beautifully.
We’ll also go over everything together during your planning call so you feel confident in every look you bring.
How can I book my session with you?
The best thing you can do is BOOK YOUR SESSION EARLY! The best place to start is by reaching out through my contact form. From there, we’ll connect, talk through your vision, and make sure everything feels like the right fit.
Once you’re ready, I’ll send over your session details, contract, and retainer to officially reserve your date.
Do I have to do professional hair and makeup?
Professional hair and makeup is part of the experience, but your look is always customized to you. Whether you prefer something very natural or a little more styled, everything is designed to enhance your features so you still feel like yourself, just a little more polished and camera-ready.
We’ll talk through your preferences ahead of time so your look feels comfortable and completely you.
I have a special location in mind. Can we use it?
I love when seniors have ideas! During your planning call, we’ll talk through locations and create a plan that fits your vision and photographs beautifully.
If your location works well with lighting and timing, we’ll absolutely incorporate it into your session.
What if I feel awkward in photos?
You’re not alone. Almost every senior says that at first. I’ll guide you through your entire session so you always know exactly what to do.

What type of payments do you accept?
I accept most major credit and debit cards, as well as cash and check.
A session retainer is due at booking to officially reserve your date, with the remaining session balance due prior to your session.
Payment plans are available for portrait collections, with a portion due at the time of ordering.
What about photos with my pet or things from my fave pastime?
Yes, and I love incorporating those personal touches. Your session should reflect who you are and what matters most to you.
Just let me know ahead of time so we can plan everything out and make it flow seamlessly into your session.
