Chippewa Senior Spokesmodel, Class of 2018
Chippewa Senior Photos are always a highlight of my fall season, and Clay’s session was no exception! As one of my Class of 2018 Senior Spokesmodels, Clay brought his personality, school pride, and unique style to a session that truly reflected who he is.
Meet Clay: Chippewa Senior Spokesmodel, Class of 2018
Clay is one of my amazing Class of 2018 Senior Spokesmodels representing Chippewa High School. He’s the captain of the football team, a member of the National Honor Society, and currently enrolled in college and honors courses. Clay loves Reeses, fantasy football, and nothing beats a good home-cooked meal in his book. He’s planning to attend Kent State University with an interest in history or computer graphics.
A Personal Connection
I first met Clay’s mom, Kris, through my job at Southeast Local Schools. We crossed paths at sporting events, and during the basketball season, she asked for my card for her son’s senior pictures. I was so excited when they chose me to capture this milestone for Clay!
A Unique Location for Chippewa Senior Photos
When we started planning Clay’s fall senior session, I was invited to their family property, which offered a one-of-a-kind setting. There’s a rustic two-room home from the 1950s, nestled deep in the woods, that made a fantastic fall photo backdrop. I love photographing in unique and personal locations, and this one didn’t disappoint!
We later moved to his cousin’s property, where we captured more portraits in front of an old tile garage and some beautiful apple trees—classic fall vibes all around.
Incorporating Football and Patriotism
Clay brought along two very meaningful props—a football signed by his entire team and an American flag. With family in the military, patriotism is close to Clay’s heart, and I loved how we were able to incorporate those values into his session. These small touches made his photos both personal and powerful.
Final Thoughts on Clay’s Session
Clay’s Chippewa senior photos are a perfect example of how adding personal touches and meaningful locations makes a session stand out. Thank you, Clay and family, for trusting me to be part of your senior year journey. I’m cheering you on as you head to college and continue to grow into the incredible young man you are!
