A sunny day in Ohio turned into a mini adventure capturing Sam’s outdoor senior photos in Wayne County. From her favorite softball field to a hidden wildflower spot by the side of the road, every location showed a special side of Sam.
When we planned her session, Sam knew she wanted photos on the softball field—her home away from home for over 13 years. But one day on the way to practice, she spotted a spot that caught her eye. She thought it would be perfect as a secondary location for her photos.
Though it was tricky to find again and had changed since she first saw it, Sam trusted me to help. We stopped at a pull-off by the roadside, where tall grass and little yellow flowers glowed in the golden light peeking through the trees. Within five minutes, we captured the perfect shots!
Next, we headed to the softball field in Shreve for more senior photos. We made great time and got everything Sam wanted from her session. It was a gorgeous day, and chatting with this bubbly, happy graduate made it even better.

Capturing Sam’s Story
Sam’s senior photos captured both her competitive spirit and laid-back vibe. Her go-with-the-flow attitude helped us find great poses in every setting, from the roadside meadow to the softball diamond.
Senior photos are about telling your story through images — just like we did for Sam. It was an absolute joy spending the day with her and seeing her personality shine in every frame.
